Carbohydrates, in the amount we consume, are the basic component of our diet. Their lack causes a loss of energy and significantly increases the desire for sweets. Skinless chicken

The meat with the fewest calories after fish is chicken. One large serving contains up to 55 g of protein, which is desirable for both muscle building and weight loss, as it contains only 2 g of fat. Chicken contains a mineral called selenium. Selenium helps protect cells from free radicals produced during exercise. Most of the fat is in the skin. If you want to lose weight, eat chicken skin.
