Preparation process:

  1. Place flour, yeast, sugar and salt in the dough bowl. Then add water and oil to them and knead a smooth elastic dough.

  2. Add water gradually, because each flour absorbs differently. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rise in a warm place for at least 1 hour.

  3. Divide the risen dough into two or three parts, first roll it out on a floured surface, and then use your hands to pull out thin pancakes with a higher edge.

  4. Transfer the prepared dough to the baking paper. For BBQ sauce, mix ketchup, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, liquid smoke or smoked paprika and sugar in a bowl.

  5. Mix the finished sauce with the chopped chicken and divide into individual pizzas. Heat the oven to 250°C (if you have a stone, it’s better to heat it right at the beginning) and bake the pizzas one after the other for about 10 minutes.

  6. Then spread the corn, diced onion and mozzarella on each pizza and let it cook for about 3 minutes until the cheese melts.
